Jente,Thobach´s A Capella Ella

Jente is born on the first of September 2004 in Denmark. Her name means little girl in Norwegian.

What can you tell about her? Not so much yet; she is only 7 months old and upon now a lovely, soft bitch.

We got her in the house, just after Aust died.

Elska had been moaning for over a month and Nicky HAD to have a new bloodhound soon.

She was over in America, visiting the National there, as she heart there was a litter in Denmark. De sire of the litter was Kobus of Hart Rendy whose father was Sledgehammers Abas. The same father that Aust had.

So the Oeienbos connection was found and no more doubts with Nicky, that puppy had to become hers.

That little puppy was our Jente. Black as the night and according to her breeder, quite a temperamental little bitch.

On a Friday we took off to Denmark and Saturday we went back home with this little black ´monster´. Soon we discovered that she was very eager to learn, quite intelligent and very easy to handle.

Not at all what we used to be used to with our oldies.

She still is like that: easy in the house and running like a fool in the forest. We take her everywhere to visit people and she is remarkable calm in other houses.

A really lovely bitch, she was and still is…. Incredible, she listens when walking off leash, doesn't  howl when she is alone in the house and she hardly ruins anything. We are incredibly fond with her. We think she doesn't look like a real bloodhound yet. She is very light boned and her legs are awfully long. Maybe she just blooms late?? But we don't mind a thing, she is a great bitch to have around in the house!!

Elska completely came back alive and cannot play anymore but she looks around from her bench and shows Jente how to be a bloodhound all the time. She at least is herself again and enjoys her 2 daily walks in the forest and more important: She enjoys a life without Austje again.

So everything is good again after all………………..
